This Neo-Georgian-style home was built in 1939 for Captain Newton H. White of the United States Navy, who commanded the USS Enterprise.
This venue boasts beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that can host wedding ceremonies, receptions, and other special events like birthday parties and corporate events.
The Newton White Mansion also overlooks the Enterprise Golf Course.
The Enterprise Golf Course is a 586-acre golf course named after the USS Enterprise.

Newton White Mansion Rental Cost [2023]
Application Fee
To rent Newton White Mansion, you must submit a complete application and pay a $50 non-refundable application fee.
This fee is to put a ten-day calendar hold on your wedding date so nobody else can use the venue on that date.
The $50 fee is also applied to the final 50% of your payment to rent the venue.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be $750 for a 7-hour block of time and $1500 for an all-day event like a wedding.
7 Hour blocks start at 10 am - 5 pm and 6 pm to 1 am.
All-day events start at 10 am and end at 1 am.
All events must end at midnight from Sunday through Thursday and at 1 am on Friday and Saturday.
You must also pay this security deposit within ten days to keep your date.
Security deposits are separate from the rental fee and are not part of the cost of renting the venue.
You can get your deposits back within 3-4 weeks after your wedding and receive the total amount if you don't have extra charges because of damages or going over your contract time.
Rental Cost
To rent the Newton White Mansion will cost between $3,400 and $9,700 for a wedding ceremony and reception.
This cost depends on if the bride and groom are residents of Prince George's County, Montgomery County, or another county or state.
Prince George's County or Montgomery County residents can expect to pay between $3,400 and $7,500 to rent the mansion.
